Can Galio get a skin with actual particle updates?

I don't mean to sound ungrateful with Debonair Galio being released, but let's be real. Galio's best and only skin with real particle changes is Gatekeeper, which is a 3 year old Legendary skin that could MAYBE constitute as a 1350. Maybe.
