Future reworks, buffs,nerfs,etc.

Well first off lets list some buffs and nerfs that we'd like to maybe happen first maybe a buff to soraka throughout this year she has been getting some brutal nerfs, to the point she ain't that useful, dies to easily, yes she's a healing a-hole but her heal does give her own health and that's mainly her good thing heals, she's just in a bad spot honestly so what should happen maybe in the early game make it so her heal doesn't give a flipping free hit on her, make her more mobile maybe cause she dies to quickly and any cc can mean her end, simply make her be able to ACTUALLY survive, what would y'all say are some needed buffs and nerfs
