a possible new champion

ok here we go, ya know league is a (sorta) old game and lots of games took some elements from it, so why not do a fair share of that, so here's at least some possible skills to this champion that's gonna be a lot like overwatch's lucio, ok here we go lets make this champion have this passive that boosts everyones mana and health regen not that great at first but becomes useful later in the game, another possible skill I'm think of is one thing that we need a little more of from supports, a speed boost, I'm kinda thinking making it sorta like a miniature kled ult just not as fancy as kleds but better than sona's, another skill could be this shield he could give to an ally but the thing is instead of your basic burst shield its overtime and it can last a long time depeneding on the players choice, and the ultimate I'm sorta tilting toward a simple boost all the skills ultimate sorta like singed just to the champs skills instead of his own stats
