An update to my previous ideas

This will be mostly on my another utility champ idea but will include my other ideas. So ooooo how is this champ going to be like first how about we make this champ do some kind of "offer" like Kalista spear link or tahm kench ult, so this skill I'm trying to explain basically does this, the character starts channeling the skill (preferably ult) in this duration allies can click on them to " mount" this character and at the end of the duration the character gets a significant speed boost and and no one can mount on them but allies can dismount this character at will, any damage or deactivation will stop the ultimate and make it go on a relatively long cooldown, next skill preferably the q is a line skill shot what it basically would do is in a well line it would first actually show your allies where it was going before it happened and when the skill happened after the delay it would send a electrical ball for example any allies caught in it would be giving a portion of mana back and enemies take some damage
