Soraka needs a rework

Though some people would fight soraka needs to be changed, yes she has somewhat significance presence late game but when you think about it it’s just 99% spamming heal and that 1% is just throwing her other skills to hopefully do something which as you now is quite avoidable unless your heavy CC’d into it, now why does she need a rework, well first off we should keep that strong healing presence but she really can’t defend herself which back in the day you couldn’t do much but now she just dies, her only true defense is her ult but her 3 somewhat defends her but with all the hyper mobility and burst just negates her just about every other support can defend themselves in some way but not really soraka be she just ends up dying to what other supports CAN possibly escape, generally she just needs true self defense and not have to sacrifice her ULTIMATE to survive, for heavens sake look at bard, his q is painful stun, his w his both a heal and speed boost and his e is a portal which those can just say fk you and easily escape and not to mention his ult it just freezes everyone
