Viktor and his next skin, arcade

I am making a bet that it will be Arcade Viktor priced at 1820. The arcade lacks such a skin tier and Viktor would work well. His particles would complement this all especially his W and R. Good to hear some a new voice over too. The champ is fairly popular so there is no reason to be worried regarding sales and he hasn't had a skin in awhile.

If anyone is concerned about him being a "villain" (Jayce is the villain), they have . The arcade line needs a mid laner as well.

I was never able to understand the lack of overwhelming popularity for VIktor and a new variety skins. His lore, his design and his abilities are just so utterly unique. A hero, painted unanimously as the villain. Reclusive, but innovative; tapping into magic, technology and biology at rates his former peers cannot even comprehend. His growth is exponential. With every passing day, he becomes more powerful - refining his outlook, his inventions and even his own frame.

And yet he's ignored. As though he's just another Urgot, or something.

I would kill for a new skin. People would DIE. Cities would be levelled and babies would cry. Do you HEAR ME, RIOT?!

But I digress...

I've wanted an arcade Viktor skin for nearly 2 years, now. :P
