Request: Battlecast Volibear skin

I don't think much more needs to be said. Volibear channels electricity. It makes him a perfect candidate to become a badass Mecha Bear.

Just a few ideas for the skin. Red eye lasers for an emote animation, plasma claws, electricity emitting nodes on his back for his E and Ult, and maybe even make his legs retract into his body when using Q and make him rocket propelled.

I would really appreciate some up-votes for this concept, as it's a skin that I passionately want.
