Rebog is actually made out of two different beings merged together. Mid-level demon and the strongest dream creature in the plane of nightmares. Those two fused together decades ago and since then are influencing major events in Valoran in one way or another. Up to now her presence and power were too big to enter Runeterra, but someone managed to destroy boundary between two realms and summoned Rebog to Valoran. Two realms did not fuse together, though. Rift between worlds begin to close after being opened, but not after many dream creatures managed to escape into reality. What Rebog will do in this new world? Defile, of course. She exists to destroy and twist everything which is good. She is beyond evil -- no reason or logic behind her actions. She spreads absolute evil and destruction just for fun.
As a demon She was mid-level demon with average magic abilities, high intelligence, but with low physical parameters. She spent her days in demonic realm creating new spells, inventions and rituals. She was sure that there exists up to 9 realms in the universe: realm of Runeterra, realm of demons, realm of stars, realm of war angels, realm of dreams, realm of unmovable order (Monolith), realm of chaos (the Void) and two other unknown realms. She was certain she could visit every other realm with her magic alone. For years she built magic gates, experimented on time--space magic. Back then her name was Dkarie The Melodemon and she already had visited Runeterra before trying to visit other worlds.
Dkarie: do you know why i wanna visit other worlds? Worlds never seen, worlds full of wonders and mysteries. Assistant: yea yea, to destroy them. Yeaaaaah, kill everybody. Dkarie: no, you filthy monkey. Well, maybe a little bit. But that is not the point. Knowledge is power. Visiting new places, learning and becoming powerful -- that is the point. Just imagine (he shows into the fire-red sky and moves her hand as if it was water), different sky, different air and different land. Strange, unknown, different and special. Who knows what mysteries other worlds holds. Maybe new magic, maybe much much more. Assistant: but i want to kill weak beings. Conquering is in our blood. Kill and take everything away. Dkarie: don't be this simple. Kill or be killed was and is a law around here. Peace is just a meaningless word around here. But why? Why do we have to fight, kill, fight again and die? No matter how strong one of us become, he will be killed sooner or later by others. You attack or be attacked. I hate it. I hate it so much. Not because there are other stronger than me, but because they do not deserve to be strong. Assistant: so, so what? What? Dkarie: simple. If this world is so limited, that everyone have to fight each other, then in some other world might be something which could chance this world. I am talking about power, maybe unlimited unstoppable power. I want to become powerful. So powerful, that no other being would ever think about attacking me, that even thought about fighting me would terrify them to death. I will create peace in our world. Peace out of fear and power. And after that, i will do the same in every other world. Assistant: will i be strong, too? Dkarie: yes, yes you will be. We will do it together. Now, get back to work. We need to recalibrate the gates once more. Assistant: yea, ma'am. I am going. Yea yea.

Entering the Dream Realm Dkarie managed to open gateway into the Dream Realm. She and her assistant entered into it to look around, research this world. Dark, gloomy and cold place was waiting for them. Full with dark trees, swamp grass, fog and strange sounds somewhere far away. Almost no wind, almost no light -- all their movement and breathing moved fog a little bit, exposed their location to beings of shadows. Unknown to them, they ended up in the plane of nightmares -- the most terrifying place in any universe. Those two were attacked by nightmare creatures more and more, forcing Dkarie and her assistant to retreat to gateway, but... it was no longer there. It was gone. Just several hours after visiting this place Dkarie's assistant was torn into pieces and eaten up. However, Dkarie wasn't ready to surrender, so she fought again and again. Infinite army of nightmares roams this plane. Kill one -- thousand other will take its place. After many fights and many injuries she unknowingly reached the heart of terror -- middle of the plane and the home of the Boogeyman. This dream being was the oldest, the strongest and the most evil being in this plane. Boogeyman greeted Dkarie and invited her in. Big cabin of wood, bones, skin and flesh was his home. They both entered it together. Boogeyman asked what a demon doing in this real and listened to the story of Dkarie.
Boogeyman: so, what are you doing in my world? What is your purpose? What is you center? Dkarie: i was a fool. I wanted to visit unknown worlds. Study them, learn from them. Uncover unknown powers and change my own world. Boogeyman: but why? Why does it matter? Dkarie: it matters to me. My father was killed by other demons, so do my mother, sister and brother. Just because they were weak. Rage and need for revenge burns inside of me. We, demons, can never let go our rage. That is why we spread destruction and sorrow wherever we go, because that are only thing we know. But, if darkness meets something even darker... If i can't stop destruction, then i want to become ultimate threat. I want to stop destruction with greater destruction, so that everybody would be too afraid to try to oppose me. Boogeyman: darkness with a hope? Goodness behind evil? Oh, i would love to help you. Dkarie: were you also trapped here? And how could you help me? Boogeyman: what would you do to make your dreams come true? What is your limit? Tell me, what would it take for you to become what you want to become? Dkarie: i would do anything. But, i am trapped in this dark world and those monsters in shadows... there is just too many of them. (Boogeyman tears way his arm and hands it to Dkarie) Boogeyman: eat it. This will give you power beyond anything else in this real. This will make your dark dreams to become true. Eeeeeeeat it.

Rebog Dkarie was desperate, so she did only thing she could do. Eaten up the arm. As she did that, boogeyman disappeared in smokes. She started to feel strange, her body become to change, her mind become clouded. Full fusion took time in which new being was born. Chaser of innocence, defile of the dreams, incarnation of corruption. What Dkarie once was was lost and twisted into new form -- Rebog The Bride of Corruption and the Defiler of the Dreams (full name). Her magic changed, her body become like a walking horror. She took control of weaker nightmares, devoured other, chased astral visitors of the plane of nightmares giving them unbelievable nightmares and driving them insane.
Rebog: my little ones, my beauties (referring to dream beings she controls), you are so good, so perfect. Come to mommy. I will take care of you, i will love you. Those dirty scary trash will not touch you. Be patient and wait, our time is closing in. Gate will open soon, that is right. I feel their disgusting greed, their foolishness. Seeds i planted is almost ready to be sawed. Rebog: (one of nightmare creatures comes closer and she crush head of one of her nightmare creature killing it) disgusting, nasty, vile, repulsive creatures, don't you even forget that i am above you. You vermin doesn't deserve to be in my presence. I am ultimate being, i am the god. Of this place and every place after his one. Don't you dare to compare me to yourself. I can just that easily destroy every single one of you and make you watch it. Rebog: (eats up killed nightmare creature) ohh, don't be afraid little ones. As long you listens to me you will be alright. More than alright -- i love every single one of you. You are my kids and am you mother. Now go prepare, because time of the mortals are running out. My babies are already in their world, next is me and you. We will visit a place with a sun.

#EXPLANATIONS
Lets start with items. You start with an item. You can't sell it, you can't destroy it, but you can upgrade it. This upgrade could be used in two ways:
- rushing upgrade item to get strongest item for your preferred play style;
- building upgraded item only at late game. Having this items a little bit limits building options and adds some form of stability to champion builds (because he is hybrid). Players will be forced sooner or later upgrade this item into one of those three upgrades. But what does it mean. It means that this champion have three main build options to fit three main archetypes of champions: AD assassin, hybrid bruiser or utility mage.
About items themselves:
Pandemonium Edge passive absorption penetration means that your critical strikes penetrates shielding effects like 
shield, 
shield and other shielding effects. This shield penetration do not work on damage immunities, so it will not penetrate 
ulty and similar effects.
Pandemonium Cannon healing increase on slowed enemies works with any slowing effect. This item together with 
will always cause double healing, so Frozen Mallet kinda is an essential item for hybrid build.
Shadow of Pandemonium is pretty clear item. If you Boggies did 100 damage before getting this item, then after getting if your Boggies will deal 125 damage and slow enemies they hit.
Passive Is also pretty clear. Moving through bushes will haunt them, but enemies will not see if bush is haunted or not. Only indication for enemies will be getting slowed and then being revealed. It is mainly tool for jungle to counter jungle or protect yourself from being counter jungled.
Q Engage and disengage tool. Enter wall, minion or wall to get into right position or escape from a bad position. In addition, you can't be seen while inside of somebody, so it opens several ways to gank people or surprise an enemy in your lane. It is early game tool for ganking and late game tool for escaping.
W Jungler's joy. Summon these little guys and let them fight jungle monsters. Jungle monster will focus them while you safely kill jungle monsters. Also, it give quite nice boost in damage in 1v1 fights. However, it shines in 5v5 fights. More damage, more targets for enemies, They could block single target skill-shots, slowly burst down an enemy, provide more utility with a right item and much more. While this ability suffers quite much against AOE heavy team, but it is still good ability to do map objectives, fight enemies or even escape chasing enemies (for example ex with Iceborn Gauntlet).
E
It shines for AP builds, because you could force an enemy to enter and exit are of this ability causing damage two times. It also slows enemies inside, because it proc your passive on them and slowly heals you while you are inside of it. Together with 
this ability would offer tons of ulity with slows. With right and good teammates this ability offers many different uses.
Important Your Q and E combo will root all enemies pushed into your E. Place E, enter a wall with Q, then push enemies into E with your Q and root them.
R
It works similar to a stun. Enemy will not be able to perform any actions. However, enemy will also removed from map for 1 sec. That means that all global effect will not target that enemy and no abilities will work on him/her for duration, because for 1 that enemy will no longer be in the map:
that means 
R will not hit or target that enemy, 
R will not heal that enemy, R will not block/his/her vision (but he/she will have no vision for a sec, so that doesn't matter that much), 
R can not be used on that enemy and if used before, then projectile will hit nothing and so one.
While is might be useful to temporally remove dangerous enemies, it will also prevent them from being instantly focused. Use it carefully.
