Ekko rework

Ekko has a cool concept but the champ hasn't kept up with the meta too well and feels underwhelming. Here is a kit change.

Passive: Z - Drive Resonance Whenever an enemy champion is hit with a spell, Ekko gains accelerated movement speed. (cooldown) Periodically gains a mana shield that uses Ekkos mana.

Q: Timewinder Throws a device that expands into a slowing field a fixed distance, slowing everything inside while dealing damage. It returns after going the full distance dealing damage and slowing again. Once returning to the original area, if Ekko is not around the area, the device drops to the floor. Picking up the device will reduce the cooldown of the ability. Pressing Q calls back the device early to the original location it was launched from. NOTE: Q can be cast while the device is traveling to recall it early.

W: Parallel Convergence A large zone around him expands from Ekko, slightly slowing all enemies hit by the zone. It lasts a couple of seconds. The zone allows Ekko to deal bonus damage to low health enemies within the area and all of Ekkos abilities cast while in the zone have reduced cooldown if an enemy champion is hit. For a few seconds, after Parallel Convergence has been cast, Ekko can cast a new ability - Divergence Divergence is a capsule that is thrown which goes a fixed distance. If it hits an enemy champion, Ekko gains a small shield while they are stunned for a split second. Casting W again will cause the capsule to return to Ekko, exploding once reaching Ekko. NOTE: W can be cast while the capsule is traveling to recall it early.

E: Phase Dive Ekko dashes a long distance in whichever way he pleases. The initial dash is not fast but by pressing E again, the dash is interrupted midway and hastily rewinds Ekko to his original location. After dashing, a clone follows him after a delay dashing towards the destination dealing damage to everything in its path. The clone dash will deal damage on the way back as well.

R:** Chrono Heart Break** All of Ekkos abilities midway in travel freeze. Pressing R again, causes all the frozen abilities to rewind back to a few seconds back, with all its damage and effects applying as usual. Ekko also becomes untargetable rewinding to wherever he was a few seconds ago healing and dealing medium damage to enemies near his arrival zone.

I thought this rework was necessary to make Ekko more viable in this current meta. Thoughts?

I checked your opgg and you hardly play ekko at all so how could you know whats better for him with no proper experience? Personally I think ekko is in a good spot and all he needs is a buff to his early game, maybe something like his Q mana cost and W cooldown.
