Iron Man Mordekaiser (Not Marvel)

I would like to suggest a Mordekaiser skin based upon the song "Iron Man" _ by _ Black Sabbath and Marvel's Doctor Doom. The skin would be based on Mordekaiser trying to help mankind but being betrayed then plotting revenge. Lore-wise the skin would be akin to pre-void Kassadin, before Mordekaiser was resurrected. I refer to the art work of the album for how the skin might look.

This might be an expensive skin due to licensing and Riot not having freedoms as they had in the times of King Rammus. With the events happening now, preseason near, and the holiday events within months I assume the skin could be released by late 2018 or mid to late 2019 depending on when production would start. Releasing this skin would be a great opportunity to fix some possible Mordekaiser bugs and add quality of life tweaks.
