Bubberducky Champion Concept

About: Bubberducky is a ranged(475) ap tank bruiser who specilizes in sacrificing ducks to gain power, a power that is used for "bath time"

Bubberducky's Bath Time Passive: 15% increased movement speed in areas of water (allied 's Tidal Wave and Surging Tides, 's Tides of Blood, 's Riptide and Death Charge, and 's Despair count) Buff does not stack

Q - Ducklings

Passive: you get ducklings in a row behind you overtime, dropped by enemies

Active: throw a duckling, deals 10/15/20/25/30 (+ sacrifice stacks) magic damage to single target, duckling is sacrificed cost 1/2/3/4/5 Ducklings

W - Splash

Active: splash in a aoe knocking up then slowing enemies around Bubberducky by 10%/25%/40%/60% for 5 seconds cost 3/5/7/10 Ducklings

E - Bubbles

Active: gives bubble shields to ducklings that deal (20%/25%/30%/35%/40% ap) magic damage to enemies when contact is made, ducklings are sacrificed cost 25/35/50/65/85 Health

R - Ultimate Sacrifice

Passive: More baby ducklings sacrificed = gives more power (+30%/45%/60%/75% of duckling sacrifice stacks = ap)

Active: Bubberducky sacrifices all his sacrifice stacks to the Demon Lord Bob to enchant his abilities (+125%/140%/150%/160% ap) for a short period of time (all abilities gain a red aura) gets half sacrifice stacks back after duration cost 60/75/90/115 Health

Lore: Bubberducky was an actual duck, he had a wife and 667 ducklings, though one day exploring the shadow isles he met a guy with a lamp. Bubberducky said hello and Lamp Dude was like "the waters are riddled with sharks, come with me and I'll show you my friend... " Bubberducky followed, as he seemed drawed to where Lamp Dude was going, and his wife and ducklings mindlessly followed.
