Due to Ornn's Brittle, there should be more tenacity sources or bring Zephyr back.

Because Ornn's brittle reduces tenacity, and you do not need magic resist in certain situations, more sources of tenacity should be added to the game or Zephyr should return. Please up-vote post if you agree for an increased chance of a Rioter to see this post.
