My take on the Teemo changes.

Hi, I’ve been a Teemo player since season 1, he was the first champion I bought and mained. Ever since then I’ve been playing him on and off and have mastery lvl 7 on him. Since seeing the recent changes I wanted to chime in and give my ideas on how the rework can be improved. These are my suggestions and ideas that I hope might be taken into consideration. The numbers might not be perfect, I tried taking already existing stats from other champions but they might be too strong and might need some tuning.

I tried to make teemo closer to his lore of a emotionless and efficient assassin/hunter. With him utilizing tricks to lul his opponents into a false sense of comfort before murdering them.

**Range: **500>>550

**Base movement speed: **330>>340 (He is the swift scout, he should be fast)

Passive: The new passive is a step in the right direction. I haven’t seen if Teemo has any scalings on them, but those should stay the same as on live. It should scale with levels the same way the live ability does now, with the max power coming at around level 11 at the latest. Not sure how to feel about the increased damage on poisoned targets as of now.

Q: The reqwork didn’t change much besides nerfing the damage and scaling which is a big mistake on Riots apart. Q is his main poke ability and removing that while not giving him another source of damage is horrible. So either revert the nerfs or give him another reliable damage dealing ability.

W: This is where I think the biggest issue with teemo is. This is a non ability that doesn’t add to the champion at all, you max it last and never really think about it. So i suggest he following.

Removed:PASSIVE: Teemo gains Movement speed icon bonus movement speed if he hasn't taken damage from enemy champions or turrets for 5 seconds. Removed: ACTIVE: ~~Teemo doubles his Movement speed icon bonus movement speed for 3 seconds and prevents it from being disabled by damage for the duration. ~~ New: Adrenalin shot: Teemo takes a adrenalin shot/eats a herb that gives him increased movement speed 20 / 28 / 36 / 44 / 52% and increased attack speed 20/30/40/50/60% for 2/2/3/4/5s, but slows him by 15% for 2.5s/20% for 2s/25% for 1.5s/30% for 1s/ no slow on rank 5.

CDR: 20/18/16/14/12s

**E:**This ability is a blank slot that can be used to give Teemo a new and fun ability or shift the power budget a bit.

Removed: After a 1 second delay, Teemo enters Camouflage for 3-5 seconds. Teemo is slowed by 25/22.5/20/17.5/15% during this effect, and gains 20/30/40/50/60% Attack Speed for 3 seconds when it ends. Camouflage does not tick down while Teemo is in a brush or is standing still.

**New: Passive: **Guerrilla Warfare: Teemo gains invisibility if he stands still for 1.5 seconds without acting or being acted upon. He will remain stealthed so long as he doesn't move, doesn't act, or is displaced. If within a brush, Teemo gains stealth after 1.5s seconds even while moving and may move freely within its boundaries without breaking stealth. Teemo’s decoy stealths in the brush as well.

**New: Active: Teemo places an imobile decoy of himself,that dies in one hit and places a debuff ** [Guard Down] (poison debuff) on the person who kills it. Decreases their armor and magic resist by 10/15/20/25/30%. The cdr is reduced by 2/2/3/4/5 extra seconds for every second Teemo is stealthed.

CDR: 40/35/30/25/20s

R: This ability was fine before the change and 3 shrooms were more than enough. What Teemo really needs is damage on them, because if they don’t do damage then the only point of them is to allow Teemo to aa people, which a trap is not for.

Removed: -Base Damage down 200/325/450 >>> 150/250/350 -AP ratio down 0.5 >>> 0.4 -Mushrooms health up from 6 at all ranks to 6/8/10 -Mushroom max ammo count up from 3 at all ranks to 3/4/5

**New: ** -Base Damage up 200/325/450 >>> 250/400/500 -AP ratio up 0.5 >>> 0.6

Lol, you are buffing all abilities.

I understand he is your main and you love him, but he'd be too solid.

Buffing his shroom damage, yeah, no, that's not gonna happen. They already said that they are not happy with how much damage it deals to squishies when Teemo is not even close to them.
