Surprise Party Bard

I think Bard could fit into the surprise party skin group well. His beard would be replaced with cake frosting and his mask would be a smiling face and of course he has a party hat on. His chimes are party hats. His Meeps are balloon animals with party hats on. His Q is a streamer and possibly changes colors when its a stun compared to a slow so like yellow green for slow blue red for stun. His W changes from a cupcake with one candle to a huge birthday cake and brings up more candles till its a birthday cake His E.... Sorry no Idea when I get an idea I will edit accordingly. His ult Would be like his current ult so a smiling mask where it is possibly when it pops you hear a streamer sound and possibly invulnerable allies and enemies wear party hats. Tell me what you think. Any ideas for his E. Thank you for reading!
