It's a creature basically following Illaoli's god "guidance" of "motion" It kills everything that is weaker than it and grows/evolves from it to continue "motion". So what Illaoli does/would think of Kha'Zix?

I'm not going to lie. I'm really looking forward to the fanfic on this one.
Illaoi, by basic definition of motion, would approve of Kha'Zix. However, she wouldn't like that he has one, single goal of perfection, thus she would see him as unmoving and stubborn. She would force him to change given the chance.
How do I know this? She tells Viktor, somebody very similar, to "Change, or feel my God's wrath." Viktor as well has only one purpose: to strive to perfection. Illaoi would think that in order to live life to its fullest, you must enjoy all the small things and live in the now. The future depends on now, so there's no use dwelling on it.

The Good:
-Kha chases his desires. He wants to become the ultimate predator by devouring all in his path. Illaoi's religion promotes this, Kha is in motion. -Kha isn't undead. He can die and follow the flow of the universe, as shown when he fought Rengar in his lore.
The Bad:
-Kha is from the void, which Illaoi views (along with voidkin) as "designed by fools" based upon her views on Rek'Sai, so she might not be fond of Kha'Zix in this regard.
Would Illaoi hate Kay-Z?:
Yes and no. Kha doesn't break her religion's rules. He chases his desires in life and will die shall the time come unlike someone like Thresh. However, she might have a prejudice towards Kha and the rest of the void because her God doesn't control them. They are made by someone or something else that is not Nagakabouros, so she is wary of them.
Idk. To be honest, I think Zix just bugs her. heh.
Kha'zix is not in motion of his own free will though, he's basically programmed to do it.
She probably wouldn't see that as "motion".
She'd step on him
