This can happen in a 5v5 blind or team builder and just theses circumstances happen.

No, I'm saying, if team A's Tahm eats team B's Tahm, who ate team A's [champion], team A has 2 champions to team B's 1 champion, once the devour ends. If they did this in an isolated location--alone--then a 2v1 happens. If they did this in the middle of a team fight, it's closer to 4v4.
