Add new player coaching?

Since this season is incredibly punishing for new players, and since tutorials on how to play the game are out dated and usually don't help. Why not be able to get help from your fellow summoners? Allow players to volunteer to coach summoners in the needing of help. I think this may help the community bond and create new friendships, and let newer players have a chance on learning the game a whole lot easier. I think new players need to feel welcomed into League of legends.
