Adding a game played or win cap to ranked.

Even though people in bronze and low silver are not the best players, it's definitely easy to tell when you have a new player playing ranked. Those people who go 1/8, afk little by little than all together. And the majority of League players are bronze and low silver, and it is frustrating to have these new players dropping mmr and lp for the rest of players. I think there should be a player "games won" or games played" cap for ranked. Like at least 30-50 normal wins. This also could be a good idea to prevent smurfs from playing on bronze and silver because the 30-50 games would easily be sniffed out by the smurf detection system. Will make buying accounts sound a bit more uninteresting, and benefit players who are dieing to climb. Even a small ranked cap can mean the difference.

OR, OR, Riot could actually do a better job of TEACHING PEOPLE HOW TO PLAY THEIR GAME. This game has been up for at least 7 years, and there is still no tutorial on how to jungle, jungle is impossible to do without runes and masteries, and with no sandbox mode, there is ZERO way to practice mechanics without just going into games.

There is a way to practice... Just make a custom game with no bots and you can learn how to clear jungle early game.

Then just add bots or play bot games to learn ganking or go for normals which are more or less practice games for ranked (regardless if you play ranked or not)

So then somebody who's never jungled before is just supposed to know where to begin?

Hmm I guess the best way to answer that is Smite is locked until you hit 10 so by the time you can start learning to jungle you should have seen at least one person jungle. You won't know anything like optimum jungle routes or anything but it's enough for a new player to get a start.

Also Riot has promoted some helpful youtube videos for people of all roles. For example, there was one on ability buffering and even one they linked on how to clear jungle and minimize the damage you take: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PprdclQwC84 (though it was after last season ended.)

You can also watch streamers like Nightblue or read up on the how to jungle. It's also something you can do for other roles (like where to ward as supports, how to position as adc, etc).
