When is SOLO queue coming

I'm tired of it, I didn't play 250 games to get out of bronze 5 to silver 4 to be matched up along side a duo'd bronze 5. Why should they get a free pass to this mmr made match. I don't understand why I'm playing with people who are higher or lower when the division i earned was silver 4. I want to play against people from MY mmr. Not to see how well I do with a bronze 5 and a silver 1. If you're going to do that you can at least lower the loss of LP. It's not like the bronze 5 can be worried about dropping a division. They don't have the fear of dropping elo. I just want to test myself against other players that share my mmr.
