why nerf viktor

I mean being such an immobile champion why would you nerf him. Like when e is his only ability that does a decent amount of damage why would you nerf it, when I go in a team fight as viktor and I w + e, and then my whole team is dead and I'm left with no escape and my q and e won't do enough damage and I can't kite for movement speed to get away because every champion can easily dash, alpha, jump onto me. It feels like flash is his only form of getting out. And that w doesn't do much with team comps that can easily make their way around it. Viktors w just feels like a gauntlet, and you can't find anybody dumb enough to stand on his w for .5-1.5 seconds. It feels like the cooldowns last too long for a champion that is so reliant on this abilities. At least a shield passive like panth or yasuo would help. And you nerfed him because he could spend an eternity farming, but players try to only farm with him because they know they can't make plays with an immobile champion with large cooldowns and no passives. And it seems like exhaust or heal is necessary for viktor. His damage is basically useless if your team falls back because you can't do any damage without being penalized. And the funny thing about this nerf, is that it doesn't affect his farming at all. Being a viktor main rushing hexcore for the after shock is all that's needed to farm. So basically his farm is unaffected, and his ability to do damage is. And I thought you were going to give him a pro, because usually with nerfs you give something to compensate for the change. And with a champion like viktor, not even hiding under tower is viable. It feels like I have to build defensive as soon as I get into a game because he's so squishy, it's sad when supports have a bigger impact. Viktor seems really weak in this meta. I might as well choose Lulu over viktor because she has a better impact. Since his q's range is about the same and her q's slows while having a long range. Viktor needs a change to his numbers or something, since he's a downgrade if many champions in this game.
