Flash with "Normal cast"

I thought it would be cool if you could be able to set flash into a toggable state where you could see the distance you can flash and is in the "normal cast" state. Because in normal and in competitive matches, even in LCS or worlds you are able to see fail flashes. This will reduce fail flashes and portray a more accurate calculations of where flash will get you. This is also good for new players understanding flashes capabilities, make people realize what they're getting into and make more accurate calculated plays. This will also prevent flash misclicks. It's a problem in every elo and I think making it toggable is convenient.
