I thought of 2 possible champs.

One AA champ but does magic damage for his/her autos instead.

One physical damage caster, but with AP scalings.

The former could get IE and Void Staff.

The latter could get Deathcap and Whisper.

For some variety.

I think what the ideas are:

"AA champ but does magic damage for his/her autos instead." - You know how champs like Teemo and Kayle can deal magic damage on their autos with their E? Imagine if that was a champ's passive, that their auto attacks didn't deal any physical damage and only dealt magic damage. Buying AD items would be pointless and buying items like Nashor's Tooth would be common. Not sure what the IE would do that they mentioned so maybe I'm a tad off.

"physical damage caster, but with AP scalings." - You know how Urgot's a caster that has both his Q and E scale with AD that also both deal physical damage? Imagine if those scaled with AP instead. Getting Black Cleaver would still be good since you deal physical damage, but now you'd prefer Abyssal Scepter rather than Maw of Malmortius.
