Idea for a Passive

**Passive - Runic Affinity **

depending on your primary Rune Path you gain a powered up version of one of that rune path's minor runes as a passive, that rune is disabled to avoid effect stacking

Savagery - your AA deal X% of the enemy's missing Health as bonus Physical damage (+X% AS) every 4th AA, Coup De Grace is disabled

Infernal Touch - your abilities deal 30% of your AP (+5% damage increase per 10% CDR) as a Magic DoT for 4s, this passive has a 3s CD, Scorch is disabled

Foul Play - gain 20% Total Armor Pen against enemies affected by Hard CC, Cheap Shot is disabled

Fort Razor - gain bonus range and deal 100 Magic Damage (+40% AR)(+45% MR)(+50% Bonus HP) against turrets on your next AA, 5s CD, Demolish is disabled

Alchemy - health potions are replaced with biscuits of everlasting will, biscuit delivery is disabled

Why is it that every single rune besides Alchemy gives more damage? League doesn't need more damage--it's got enough of its one-shot burst garbage and I'm tired of it.
