New Summoner Spell: FOCUS

This is NOT the way to go around doing that. This would also make Ignite obsolete. People taking ignite over Focus would be idiots, because they'd be doing damage over time that they could be doing instantly, AND missing out on a 10% DAMAGE BUFF.

FFS SUPPORTS would be taking it, to give their ADC damage buffs.

Top lane would take it over TP because who needs a fast way back into lane or a way to roam when you can 1 combo kill the enemy laner every time they respawn with your LOW COOLDOWN + INSTANT TRUE DAMAGE + DAMAGE BUFF SPELL.

Even junglers who don't need flash would start taking it. Better epic monster secures, easy lane kills, easy counterjungle kills.

This spell would never be added because the entire idea of it(ESPECIALLY THE LOW COOLDOWN), would absolutely destroy game balance.
