Ashe ult is very stupid, because you have the full map range and your accuracy can be very good, but you have no chance to hit the enemy champion with low health on the other side of map. It also deals so little damage and the only thing it can be used for, is to fire it on a near enemy adc to stun it for few seconds. Why that big range then??

I just came up with an idea, that the enchanted crystal arrow will start as a normal-size one after firing it, and as long as it will fly as long the radius of collision will be. Also some projectile speed enhancements should be welcome. So you are able to kill a low health champ far away from you now.

It's not used for damage, it's used for global engage.

If anything all it needs is the same freezing animation As Sejuani's ult.
