Maybe I am the only one, but I think Wukongs Q has no big effect on his gameplay, so I think it should get an improvement.

Wukong's next attack gains 125 range, deals 30/60/90/120/150 (+10% Attack Damage) bonus physical damage and reduces the enemy's Armor by 10/15/20/25/30% for 3 seconds. If this ability kills, Wukong gains 100% more mana regen for 8 seconds.

Why would an attack steroid need a boost? Also does it reset your auto? Cause if that's the case then no it needs no boost

But.....how would that thematically make sense? I get that he do with some changes, or help if he's bad (he might be I don't really see him at all), but slapping mana regen when you kill someone with an autoattack reset seems rather weird to me. If you'd really wanna add something like that, why not just refund the cost when it kills a unit?
