I am experiencing an issue... I score S marks everyday, but I do not get any chests. Why?
I did not get a chest from that champ before, this season. I own the champ, I have an S, I do not leave matchmaking... So why there are still no chests?
If I count it, I would have received about 5 chests until now, but I have no chests. Only 6 keys.
Please help. This is really annoying :/
You only receive chests if you score an S with a new champion. If you are on a team and someone else scores an S with their champion you will get a chest and be unable to get another one for that champion afterwards. If you look through your list of champions you will see a gold border around their profile which means you have already scored an S with that champion. This will reset at the beginning of next year.
With key fragments the way it works is at the beginning it is easier to earn them, but once you start earning them they get less common. After about a month they should reset and become more common again.
