[IDEA] Major QoL Change for Loading Screen

I recently discovered this post which described the frustration of playing an unpopular champion, and how they would have to explain to their teammates what some of their Passive's/Abilities do. So I thought, what if...

In the Loading Screen there was a button for each champion, which would have a mini mechanic info explanation on every Passive/Ability of that champion...

It would display the most vital information (specifically mechanics), but it would ignore other information like ability base damage / scallings and so on...

##Thoughts on such a change?
