Wind ADC champion with self peel

Dashing champion.

A wind adc who uses a finger pistol which shoots out highly compressed wind from the tip of his fingers.

Passive: Pressurised Air Holding off from attacking while an ability is up for 5 seconds increases that same abilities damage. Same applies for basic attacks.

Passive 2: Breeze Moving grants up to 4 bars worth of energy which all abilities require. Movement speed from items are converted into attack speed.

Q: Wind Slinger (1 energy) Cooldown: 12 - 8 s Unleash a barrage of 3 wind bullets at a targeted direction which can be redirected through dashes. Cooldown reduces for each wind bullet that hits an enemy champion or kills a minion.

W: Blast Gale (1 energy) Cooldown: 10 - 6 s Summons a gust of slashing wind at a target direction. For each second charged up to 3 seconds, it increases in range, width and damage. Activate early to release. Works like Jannas tornado.

E: Trail of Air (2 energy) -> (1 energy, at level 5) Cooldown: none Passive: Grant +5/10/15/20/25 movement speed Dash in any direction.

R: Surging Gale Force Channels for 0.5 seconds and unleashes a blast of wind at a target direction for 3 seconds slowing enemy movement speed towards the point of surge while dealing magic damage every half second.

Adc main here, while it's a cool design I don't think this would make for a healthy adc. First off, the concept of a non mana adc is one that should probably be avoided as it creates a scenario where the adc never runs out of resources (imagine if Ashe Caitlyn MissFortune could just constantly harass you with no consequences). This would mean the champ would only need to base to purchase items or to regain health. Second is that most adcs only have one escape ability (some have two but they require you to jump through a hoop or two to make them stick ala Xayah E) but this guy has three peel abilities which makes the guy almost nigh uncatchable unless you hard counter him with something like Olaf for example. The big offender however is his E which is basically just better Lucian E as unlike lucian's which has a rather lengthy cooldown (22-14 seconds) this one has no cooldown and gets the resource back just from continuing to walk away (he'd be a nightmare to gank and frustratingly elusive to lane against). Like I said at the start it's a neat concept, but I believe it runs into the Yasuo problem, he sounds really fun to play but incredibly unfun to play against. But keep working on it, with a few tweaks he might make a neat solo laner or maybe even a jungler!

(as a small side note, there are a decent number of champs who have a strong wind element to the character. Perhaps maybe consider a different elemental theme like water or lightning?)
