Warring Kingdoms Azir?

It certainly is an interesting idea. Azir is slightly tough to make skins for- you can re-texture and change his tower, but there isn't much to change. However, as you said, it would be fitting for him. Good idea :)

First things first, find a suitable Dynasty Warriors character to base him off. To be honest there are precious few that were kings/emperors, and even less that would match Azir.. However Riot reckoned that Diao Chan-Katarina wasnt a stretch, so I don't see how Sima Shi could be out of the question...
