Arcade Riven needs a new VO
She has lines like broken blade yet in her skin, it's not broken. An arcade-ish filter for her vo and new lines would make this skin definitely worth it. It feels really under done.

Okay.... you say Riven needs some voice work since her sword isn't broken. How about the fact Arcade Sona is also 1350rp and doesn't even have a back animation?

A voice filter they could do, yes. New lines, no. This isn't a Legendary Skin.
Ya, I bought it and was disapoited it didn't have a new VO. Isn't that one of the traits of Elite Skins?
They wouldn't do it without changing the price and by then they'd lose too much money over something not many people care about.
