@RiotRepertoir Can we get loading screen indicators

I've made this thread about two times with about 150 up votes with no notice from a red. It'd be simple and useful. I figure since you're actively on the boards that I should suggest it to you. When you don't know if you've froze or if you think you froze but haven't, this is a great change.
