What if the meta was shifted so...
...the jungler becomes mainly a "support" for the toplane rather than a constantly roaming role, making toplane a possible 2 players lane?
What would be the pros and the cons? Let's discuss about this.

it has been done multiple times but never actually sticks. Basically its less economical
I think this would take away the jungler's job of being all around, this would kill some afk farmers and may be side bias if you have the blue or red buff side. The pro would be more game play for top and action but i dont think that would be to good. It would also take away helping out your bot lane or mid if they are having trouble
