Aatrox rework concept
I believe most people will agree that Aatrox needs a rework, that he's feast or famine, carry or feed, and that he's generally a big waste of a super badass concept of this mysterious warrior that flies through the battle field to inspire the losing side to fight to the end and turn the tide of a drawn out war. Right now the problems I see are that there is no room to lose your lane without being completely useless in the late game, when I do see Aatrox his passive is either entirely useless because he gets bursted down on arrival or it turns him into an unstoppable beast that just isn't fair to fight. I'm not sure if this will actually fix these problems but I wanted to throw it out there.
Passive: Blood well When using an ability that costs Health, Aatrox stores the self-inflicted damage into the Blood Well. Upon taking fatal damage, Aatrox extracts the blood from the well and recovers it as Health over a brief duration. At the end of the duration Aatrox lets out a demonic battle cry that inspires all nearby allied units (Minions, Champions, even Tibbers) granting them Lifesteal and spell-vamp for a short period of time
Q: Ravaging lunge Aatrox uses his wings to propel him forward, enemies he passes take damage and are slowed while those inside the area he landed on get a bigger slow and are marked for a short period. Attacking marked targets consumes it and briefly fears them and gives Aatrox attack-speed.
W: Blood thirst / Blood price Unchanged
E: Tormenting strikes Passive: Attacking an enemy champion gives Aatrox one stack (capping at 5) of Tormenting blows granting armor penetration against them, upon reaching 3 stacks he can use the active side more stacks increases the damage of the active portion. Active: Aatrox flourishes his blade and releases energy in a circle around him that damages enemies while rallying allied champions with increased Attack speed.
R: Blood lust Aatrox glows with demonic energy and his next basic attack leaps him to his target, causing them to be slowed and bleed over six seconds, adding that blood to his well (at max level it would fill the well) Allies attacking the same unit are healed by a portion of their max HP.
