Possible Nautilus Fix

Nautilus is one of my favorite champs and currently he feels underwhelming compared to most tanks. I understand he brings CC with 4/5 moves (including passive) so his damage shouldn't be too ridiculous. However, I think his W should get a small fix and its a simple one. No damage increase. No ratio changes. Make his W read like so:

PASSIVE: Whenever Nautilus is shielded, his basic attacks deal bonus magic damage over 2 seconds to his target and all enemies around them while the shield holds.

Active: Nautilus shields himself for 10 seconds for his current ratios.

It would bring kit synergy with Solari and Face of the Mountain if playing support. Thoughts?
