Give Bots our Runes/Masteries pages to use in Customs

The idea behind this post is to give players a better idea of how their runes and masteries are working. I find that if you do a custom game, the bots not having the extra stats kinda just gives you an idea of what you are like when you are fed or have an advantage. Giving the bots our runes and masteries to use, players have a better idea of whether this rune or mastery setup is a good idea for laning. a different build style or just not at all. I think its a small upgrade that wouldnt be a super hassle to implement either. Maybe in the lobby you can choose what runes and masteries each bot will use. Thoughts?
