Crazy Idea for Stormrazor

Sooo what if Stormrazor instead had a passive that doubled the rate your energized attacks went off? Would really turn Shiv and RFC into fun items with how strong PD is now. Also gives a possible other buildpath/playstyle for crit ADCs. Thoughts?

I mean RFC already kinda does that. Increases the charge rate of your energized attacks by 25%

Gonna be honest, I never noticed it had that passive LOL. Only thought of it because Shiv felt underwhelming and wanted to actually put the "Storm" in Stormrazor. Thanks!
