Borgon, the Legendary Ghost Chef
This is my first time and honestly this is a character that isn't serious at all. Thank you for reading ( If you did read it ) and hopefully you'll give me your thoughts on this. And yes I know the build is weird but hey look at stuff like Tank Ekko that popped in, doesn't to have some fun.
Class: Support Subclass: Tank
Main Lines:
Upon Selection: They shall feel my cooking! Upon entering the Rift: Ahh! Where shall I make my meals? Upon dying: Gah! This one didn't like my cooking, back to the kitchen! Upon respawning: Time for another round... maybe I should make cookies this time?
Lore:
As a revered chef, Borgon has made food ever since he could begin as a simple hobby. One day a vicious lord called Mordekaiser demanded a meal for him to make him happy, so he did for days and days. After making a legendary meal that was the first of it's kind.... Spaghetti. The dark lord laughed and ate the food, his pure laughter after him eating was pure silence in the room, he cried and yelled out "This is a god send!!". Mordekaiser and his monks made him into an eternal ghost, forever making food for people and he never minded the new position. The years have past and Borgon found his way to more places after Mordekaiser's death, he has learned more ingredients, more powers, and finally more ways to make him the top cook.
Passive:
Dinner Time: Borgon helps an ally by making a meal for them!
Borgon's passive works like Zilean's kinda. He has charges for every time a meal is made and it provides food, restoring health and giving the person back a small portion of mana. The ratios are weird yes but this is how innovation works like Tank Ekko ( Rest in Peace )
Health Restoration - 150 HP ( 50% of AP ) Mana Restoration - 75 MP ( 30% of AD )

Passive
Borgon's love for food is sent out for the people who loves his cooking, emitting an aura of good tidings making the allies affected in a radius an attack speed buff
Attack Speed Buff Aura - .05 ( 30% of AP )
Active
Borgon gets angry with the insult of his food, and summons a volley of pies coming at a targeted area dealing a slow and magic damage by AoE
100 Flat ( 40/50/60/65% of AP )
Mana Cost - 70 MP
W - Sweet Sauce
Borgon shows his sauce through an AoE ( winky winky face just kidding ) and silence and if they stay in the circle of great mighty sauce it stuns an enemy consulting themselves thinking about stuff like "What the hell do I eat and not this delicious meal?" scaling with Magic Damage after they get stunned

Passive Aura
Borgon gives treats and such to all of his allies in an aura, making them strong and mighty enough to fight monsters! (Not Really)
Health Regeneration - .10/.25/.50./1.00/2.00 (Yes I did do that)
AD Boost - 50%/60%/70%/85% AD
AP Boost - 50%/60%/70%/85& AP
R - Herbology / Spaghetti!!
Borgon has enlightened himself as a might chef!! All what he needs now is to find ingredients for his legendary meal of epic proportions.
Borgon has to roam the map and heal and shield people, learning his unqiue craft and finding the right items to use. So like Bard he wanders across the map finding the ingredients for others while helping them to see what they could acquire from his food. After completing his quest for his epic meal he can make his meal that gods bow too... His Spaghetti.
Upon using "Spaghetti!!" sets in a passive boosting his passives, meaning better heals and buffs ( He is so dead when the enemy team finds him )
Passives get doubled and his heals also give shields scaling with AD
Shields 75% AP
All Passives get doubled making him kind of the most annoying support besides Soraka and Sona

He crafts his best card for his total powerful meal ever
Spaghetti gives his allies in a radius double stat raise meaning CRAZY FUCKING SHIT but this gives Borgon a terrible position leaving him having to restart Herbology and the passive in Spaghetti is down until the Herbology Quest is completed
Mana Cost: 80% of your entire Mana Pool and 500 Health
Cooldown - Finish the quest
Honestly I made this as a jokey character and he was honestly a joke as a champion but then I actually delve into this. Borgon isn't serious, he's just a chef who has the godlike cooking skills enough for Aurelion Sol to eat his cookies and Voidlings to eat his food AND NOT PEOPLES
"I came here to cook, like an artist I make my meals with pure fantastic talents. Dictators opened gates, Demons being Saints, and finally the angry people of the north put down their weapons for a nice meal of Steak and Eggs. My name is Borgon, and your my new taste tester. Allergic to peanut butter?" - Borgon after 30 seconds of the Victory or Defeat screen is shown
Taunt Lines:
"No food for you!!" "Your cooking has so much salt it became a professional" "You remind me of pizza dough, all I have to do is beat you down"
Joke Lines:
"Its a me, Borgon Kock" (Swedish for Chef and Mario Reference) "Ahh Twitch, whats your favorite cheese?" (Says it when he is around Twitch) "With those shrooms I can make a fine meal with that" (When around Teemo) "Kog'Maw, you must be starving right now" (WHen Kog'Maw is around)
When he kills someone
"I'm sorry, I didn't know you were allergic to that" "Next time, just pick dessert"
When he Taunts around an ally its actually a compliment
"Don't starve yourself and don't overeat, your a customer I care about"
Build pathing
honestly I have no idea, but just think of and AD Support Taric and Full AP with Rod of Ages and Warmogs stacking health Soraka with this as their love child, but fat and with a beard... also a chef's hat.
