Gabe the Dog Item or Mark(?)

After going through a recent thread about Gabe the Dog's farewell on this world, a person had the idea of making an item change or something in remembrance of Gabe. As a part of the Meme Community, this is a mighty blow to me as well for anyone who has known this great pupper before his absence. I have a humble request, please make an item change or a small tweak (ex. Blade of the Ruin King doing a Bork sound) to give us the small feeling of Gabe eternally borking wherever he is. Can you do this for us Memers, thank you Riot if you are reading this.
