If you all haven't watched Darrk Mane's AP Nautilis Guide, lemme give an idea

You take Nautilis Top with AP since he's like a cuddly Batman (And not sounding like a special needs child) using his hook to move around and also the bait area is BIG

For Nautilis

You take Blitzmid and go AP for the fact Bliz is not a tank but really an AP Burst Assassin

Take the same Items on Blitzcrank as you would for Nautilis but take out any other item for a Lich Bane since the CDR, the empowered auto attack is awesome for people like Evelynn and Twisted Fate

Thanks but really think about it the combo Blitzcrank does would have with Lich Bane Proc... kinda awesome, the next champ can be Thresh for his kinky BDSM Whip he has and the Hooking Quality it has

Anyhow for jungler's it can be the great Dr. Mundo cause once he cleaves you with his Q prepare your butthole for some Mundo Magic. Take him mostly tanky so he can frontline and cleave picked targets, he isn't the ideal fisherman but he has more kite and killy when best used. Build him with mostly health, Max your CDR with Stormraider's for more running, and something tanky with AP like Ryali's (Rip RCS).

Mundo your one of the few people can most likely duel with Camille so don't go overboard, for your ADC just take who ever you want since Thresh is gonna be building enough AP or AD (I don't know Thresh at all) for his Hook. I think the best support for this team would be someone who can shield, heal, or also bombard the team to just anyone else really that would be a good fisherman or fisherwoman (2017 is here ;-;).
