Name: Frost The Avenger

Passive: Ultimate Vengeance- When an ally dies near Frost, he gets angry. He gains 10%/30%/50% Movement Speed at levels 1/11/16 and his Magic Damage is doubled. He also cannot be CC’d until the villain is dead

[Q] Icy Spear- Frost throws 3 Spears at his target, each Spear Applies a 50% Slow for 3 seconds and deals 90/120/150/180/210 Magic Damage and healing him for 50% of the damage dealt. [10/8/6/4/2 Second Cooldown][30 Mana]

[W] Amulet of Imbalance- Frost throws his Amulet at his target, Stunning everything in a 350 AOE radius for 3 seconds and dealing 30% of their Magic Resist+90% of his AP as Magic Damage. [19/17/15/13/11 Second Cooldown][80 Mana]

[E] Glacial Trail- Frost Can Slide accross an Icy Path increasing his Movement Speed by 50%/65%/80%/95%/110%. .[No Cooldown (Active Ability)][20 Mana Per Second While Active]

[R] Frozen Domain- Frost Blows an Icy Wind at his opponent Summoning an Icy Prison that traps his Opponents for 1/3/5 seconds. Prisoners take 15/25/35 Magic Damage per second. If the enemy target trapped is near a Champion that uses Fire or has ignite, the Prison’s effects are reduced by 75%. [Cooldown 100/75/50][120 Mana]

Just my opinion. I do not really know the damage numbers that well, but thought I would provide feedback.

  1. The name could be more creative. Frost is too cliche for an icy champ.
  2. The Passive seems okay except it incentivizes him to let his allies die. If his allies never die he never takes advantage of his passive, which seems counterintuitive.
  3. This should be a basic ability, which it seems to accomplish. However, I'm not sure if you mean he throws 3 spears, as in he can hit 3 targets, or if he gets to hit the same target with a slow 3 times. The first one seems okay, but the second one seems excessive.
  4. This ability seems broken. He deals damage that scales with their magic resist and stuns for 3 seconds. This is Veigar's stun but with way higher damage. something would need to change here.
  5. E seems perfect! No change needed.
  6. The fire-themed resistance does not align with LoL's theme. Types are not more effective against one another in this same vein, so I would scrap that. This ability seems to be similar to J4's ultimate but with DoT? This, in theory, could be okay. It seems like Malzahar's ult too.
  7. Overall, this champion has way too much CC combined with speed boosts, high magic damage, and immunity to CC himself. There would be no way to escape this guy. He would slide towards you, stun you for 3 seconds, throw 3 spears with slows, and ult you to lock you down again with DoT. If his teammate dies, he is then immune to CC for you to stop him from chasing and stunning you. This would either need to be a support with 0 damage and be gated by cooldowns, or if he wants to be a mage or jungle he needs to have significantly less CC.
