Attempt to create a KEYPOINT RUNE concept (That can replace Omnistone)

Hey there. I believe Omnistone to be a ran out of ideas rune. I think it'll either be silly bad or silly cheesey OP. Don't get me wrong,, I agree with Removal of Kleptomancy but i think this current alternative isn't suitable for League. So this thread is my attempt at generating some ideas for a new KEYPOINT rune. This thread is intended to be a cooperative brainstorming exercise so any feedback r new ideas are welcomed. I will amend and update any new ideas or alterations into this Original Post when i revisit here. Please note that alot of ideas may be skeletal and may be viewed as simply goals for the rune as opposed to a complete solidified idea of what the rune does. It's my intention to later make a thread poll and take the top one or two ideas and develop them in depth each's individual new thread.

Ideas:

    1. A rune that grants snowballing vision. This rune would grant charges based on Enemy and Epic Monster takedowns. At a cetain amount of charges, that number is consumed out of combat to grant a 1 time use far sight ward. The ward will either temporarily replace the trinket for a 1 time charge or go into the inventory.
    1. A rune that grants the user the ability to get EXP from being near to allies who have higher lvl. Whether the EXP should be a continuous trickle Aura, whether it should stack from multiple higher lvl enemies, whether it should be a bulk package in form of item with a long CDR, whatever. The rune should also give minor out of combat MS.
    1. A rune aura that buffs the effects of allies' Keypoint runes by a scaling 10%-20% boosted buff/damage/debuff effect. The rune could also give light out of combat MS. Maybe also some item and Summoner Spell CDR for the rune wielder.
    1. A rune that grants the old support item passives (Bonus damage and the heal on minion execute) to support items.
    1. A rune granting yourself and allies you buff, heal or shield a temporary decaying MS boost.
    1. A rune like old kleptomancy but instead of gold generation or randomized generation, you earned charges that could be consumed to create green wards.
    1. A rune like Omnistone but not randomized, instead much like Kindred's marking system, you could periodically choose to mimic an Ally's or Enemies keypoint rune choice by selecting their portrait from the periodic menu.

P.S Alot of the ideas may not be that good (I consider a few of the ones I submitted to be hot trash). The important idea is that this thread is for idea generation, feedback and refinement can occur in the discussion and are encouraged, but refinement will be focused at a later stage in a different Thread. Of the ideas I've generated they are mostly themed around utility concepts than battle stats. This is deliberate as I intend for the new rune to fit into Inpiration tree but if you have a bomb idea that fits in another tree, don't let me stop you.

I like the you get to choose from enemies and allies keystone but you should have to have a cool down on champions keystones.

Omnistone is Riot thinking that TFT is fun because of random drops and trying to share some of that fun with normal players.

About your ideas:

  1. A rune that grants snowballing vision

Its either OP and everyone takes it, resulting in Riot nerfing vision even more, or its as powerful as Zombie Ward or "cdr-on-items" Hunter, and nobody takes it because its too weak for a keystone. Because everyone wants vision but the games with abundance of vision are too boring and turn into farm-fests

  1. A rune that grants the user the ability to get EXP from being near to allies who have higher lvl.

There is a reason why EXP is almost never used with runes/abilities. A single tick of exp you get by standing near your jungler who just got lvl2 can be enough to get lvl2 earlier by 1 minion and win the lane, meanwhile the difference between lvl11 and lvl13 for some champions can be lower than a normal keystone's value. Its just too hard to balance

  1. A rune aura that buffs the effects of allies' Keypoint runes by a scaling 10%-20% boosted buff/damage/debuff effect

This is so obviously "support" rune it hurts. If I want to buff my teammate's keystone damage, I can pick electrocute and increase total damage much more than by a 20%. This would only be useful on superlate DH and probably Conqueror, and for that you lose your own keystone and a bit of fun playing the game

  1. A rune that grants the old support item passives (Bonus damage and the heal on minion execute) to support items.

That could work but its too restricted. Increase the variety a bit(support poke items-bonus damage on gold proc, support tank items-heal on gold proc, dorans shield-heal on taking damage, dorans ring-bonus damage on spell hit, dorans blade-bonus damage on aa, dark seal-starts with 2 stacks, jungle items-heal after killing a camp) and it can work as an early game rune

  1. A rune granting yourself and allies you buff, heal or shield a temporary decaying MS boost.

There already is a rune that does that. It also shields them and has a huge cd

  1. A rune like old kleptomancy but instead of gold generation or randomized generation, you earned charges that could be consumed to create green wards.

Just like 1, either everyone takes it or nobody does.

  1. A rune like Omnistone but not randomized, instead much like Kindred's marking system, you could periodically choose to mimic an Ally's or Enemies keypoint rune choice by selecting their portrait from the periodic menu.

This defeats the point of Omnistone having better potential value at the cost of sometimes having to deal with an unoptimal keystone. Why should I pick, say, Dark Harvest, if I can pick this thing, switch to DH ingame, and if I lose and can't stack, switch to Aftershock to survive. There are 0 downsides to it.
