[Champion Concept] Abby, the Bandle City Magician
Abby gained her "magic abilities" from a crazy old man, who appeared out of no where, blowing up her house and then blinked off into who knows where. The only thing left standing after the explosion was a hat, one like Abby has never seen before, one that the old man must have dropped. After a little bit of tinkering, she realized she can pull things from it, random things, with no real sense of rhyme or reason.
Now Abby is the self proclaimed "Greatest Magician of Bandle City," not to mention she is the self centered star of the stages of Bandle City's magic shows, and now she has taken her "world renown magic abilities" on the road.
"Now watch as I pull death from my hat!"

Ranged Mage/Support
Passive - What Could it Be?: Basic attack have a random chance to deal random damage and apply random effect, such as a minor slow, blind, stun or silence.
Q - Watch as I Pull...: Abby fires a random object of random size dealing random damage and applying random effects in a line, probably, in front of her.
W - In Ya Go!: Abby tucks herself into her hat, increasing her defense but decreases her movement speed, or she pulls an ally into her hat but decreases her movement speed.
E - Where Did I Put It?: She stop and digs around in her hat to pull a random buff from her hat, which she can then give to herself or her ally.
R - Oh No! Not Again!: The hat explodes, damaging Abby for X% her current health and launches a random aoe, dealing random amounts of damage and applying random effects to everyone caught in the explosion.
