TLDR: On rito's announcement page Singed has a blue poison trail, while on the PBE he has a normal green one.
Is this temporary? will he have the blue poison trail again?
*Will be getting him if the poison trail is blue. 100% won't be buying him if it's the normal green.

That preview video was shot with color blind mode enabled, that's why his trail appears to be blue. His trails will be staying green, sorry for the confusion. :<
But it'd be so easy to change :c

He's meant to only have the base particles, what was seen in the images is the Colorblind mode.

Soon as this skin comes out everyones going to be playing Singed... I like being one of the handful of people that main him unconditionally 
could changing singed's smoke color to blue upset readability or gameplay in any way? I too think blue would look nicer.
I honestly don't understand the down votes on some of the comments. People have a valid point and you down vote it? how about arguing against it. There's literally no reason for riot not to change it to blue. If Talon got an update, why can't singed? It's literally a recolour, there aren't even any new particles! It should be way easier to do than what they did with Talon.
