#SOURCE OF INSPIRATION

Weirdly enough, my character is taken by my SW:TOR character, which makes it a more or less self-created character, however her design idea was entirely taken by Zam Wesell (Episode 2 bounty hunter who got killed by Jango). At least for the looks. As for the Personality chosen, I took direct inspiration from Jango Fett himself. So, all in all, my character is inspired by Star Wars and their Bounty Hunters, hence also the character title.

#AUTHOR'S PHILOSOPHY

To be honest, I am running out of original Ideas. Making something flashy and unique and amazing is increasingly difficult, specially because the current norm kind of demands you to be overloaded in EVERYTHING and I dropdead refuse that. So, in another attempt to make a character somewhat simple, at least by personality, I decided to go with something that is simple yet understandable. A Bounty Hunter, one who has absolutely no moral attachments, absolutely no known special background. I wanted to create a character who is very melancholic, as the phrase says: "It's just good business."

Additionally, I wanted to bring in the idea of a Sniper who is more stationary. Someone who lurks, waits for his victim to get into range to unleash death upon them.

Tifa only profits from 50% of all Attack Speed gained from all sources and she gains +2 AD per 1.5% self-mitigated Attack Speed. Additionally, Tifa regenerates 1/1.25/1.5/1.75% Missing Health for every 2 seconds of not moving. (Scales at levels 1/6/11/16)

ENTRENCHED: Tifa loses her Missing Health regeneration while Entrenched but gains +5/10/15/20 AD for each 3 Seconds she is Entrenched, stacking up to 3 times. This Bonus is Immediately lost if Tifa is no longer Entrenched and the Missing Health Regeneration will reactivate.

While Tifa is Entrenched, she gains new Basic Abilities.

Tifa Entrenches herself in her current position, building a Wall facing the target Direction, becoming Immune to all Crowd Control Effects coming from the direction she is Facing. Additionally, she gains +300 Vision Range and increases Armor and Magic Resistance by 10/15/20/25/30% while Entrenched. While Entrenched, Tifa may use all Abilities and Attack, but she cannot move and is grounded until no longer Entrenched. Tifa leaves Entrenched by using any movement Commands or if under any hard Crowd Control.

ENTRENCHED Q: Tifa shoots in a target Direction, dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+65% Bonus AD) physical Damage to the first Enemy Hit. Defeating any unit with this Ability immediately refunds it's cooldown and half the Mana Costs. If an enemy Champion at full Health is damaged by this Ability, they will gain additional 20/30/40/50/60 Damage by this Ability and are inflicted with Grievous Wounds for 3 Seconds.

Tifa's next Basic Attack fires a Throwing knife, dealing (125% Total AD) damage. Minions take double Damage by this Ability. Champions hit with Achilles-Slash are Stunned for 1 Second and Grounded for 1 Second afterwards.

ENTRENCHED W: Tifa Fires at a target Enemy 5 times over 2.5 Seconds, dealing 25/32.5/40/47.5/55 (+35% Bonus AD) Physical Damage with each Shot. Other Champions can block projectiles from Barrage, taking damage instead of the locked Target. Champions Exiting Barrage's Range refund 10% of it's Cooldown and Manacost per unfired shot.

Tifa frees herself from all Crowd Control and dashes into a Target Direction and immediately becomes Entrenched, the Wall facing towards the nearest Champion within Attack Range. If there is no Champion within Range, the Entrenched Wall will instead face opposite of her Dashing Direction. This Ability can be used while Stunned, Surpressed, Knocked Up and Silenced.

ENTRENCHED E: Tifa Fires a Splitter Shot at a target Champion, dealing 80/100/120/140/160 (+75% Total AD) Physical Damage. The Splitter Shot then explodes into many fragments in a cone behind Target Champion, dealing 60/75/90/105/120 (+60% Total AD) Damage to all enemies in that Cone.

Tifa immediately resets all her Basic Ability Cooldowns and gains +30/50/70% Movement Speed for 3 Seconds. Her First Basic Attack after entering Entrenched will be a guaranteed Critical Strike and her first Ability used when Entrenched will be empowered.

Opening Fire: Deals +8/10/12% Of Target Champion's Max. Health as bonus Physical Damage.

Barrage: Projectiles deal +15% Damage [28.75/37.375/46/54.625/63.25 (+40.25% Bonus AD) Per Shot] on Champions that are not the Locked Target.

Splitter Shot: Slow increased to 80% and reduces Attack Speed of all damaged enemy Champions by 20/25/30%.

#CHAMPION SYNERGIES:

  • Lockdown-Strong CC: Amumu Shen Leona Fiddlesticks Morgana are some of the most Ideal champions to pair Tifa with, champions who can Hard CC someone without big dispositions so Tifa can comfortably fire away with her Abilities.

  • Enchanters: Janna Nami and Sona are some of the best functioning Enchanters for Tifa since they can make an already immobile enemy lane even more difficult with defensive tools and empowering the already huge damage potential.

#COUNTERS:

Braum As with any adc, and specially with every Kit I made, Braum stands out as the supreme Counter due to his Wall blocking incoming damage by a lot. However, Tifa does diminish his Ability to hard CC her since Braum isn't good with positioning and his R is very one-directional, making the aspect of CC a question of Skill between players.

Camille She is the queen of Destroying your positioning because of just how large her hookshot range can be, and she can Flank Tifa while entrenched, forcing her to either Escape or die. There is no fighting Camille unless she can't aim her Hooks for shit.

Maokai Just like Camille, the CC immunity against Maokai helps little if he can just dash under you, get right behind you and knock you aside from any other angle. Plus, Maokai is ridiculously tanky and can pretty much walk through Tifa's damage.

#LORE:

Whenever those with the most power find themselves in a situation they cannot escape from. The wrath of an adversary they wronged, rivalry gone wrong or traitors from the Inside, word reaches out to Tifa, the Bounty Huntress who has made herself a name as a ruthless and efficient Agent of the desperate Rich.

Her career began with a simple Public Bounty within Zhaun. A Chembaron of some minor gang who was said to be impossible to kill. Tifa, at that time young, hot-headed and uncaring beyond anything ever seen, took it up to attempt an assassination. Within 3 days, a couple of improvised explosives and a food can later, a dead Baron had laid before her feet and she took his head off his body, delivering it to the Client responsible for the Bounty. Once she had received her reward, she became completely seduced by the sheer volume of her Reward.

For a while, she offered her services in Zhaun, placing priority to the highest Bidder. However, business in Zhaun quickly died off with the arrival and rise of Urgot and she needed to move. When she left Zhaun however, she made sure to silence the trails of her origin by killing every person she knew. Her parents, her friends, her former Clients. Everyone who knew so much as the first letter of her name was executed in cold blood.

Taking her Equipment, bought with the rewards of her first contracts, she started to wander any populated place on the lookout for Bounties and an opportunity to collect them. Her success-rate and sheer creativity as well as the high number of Lethal Collaterals quickly earned her a name around all of Valoran and eventually in all of Runeterra. The more famous she became, the more she prioritized her clients around whoever offered the most, bathing in the riches she earned and used it to continously upgrade her weaponry to increase her efficiency even more.

As her name was on the rise, Tifa realised that she needed a formal Face and name as well as some descriptions to go by. Something about her looks and demeanor. She quickly changed the way she looked, dyeing her hair red, cutting it short and adapted herself to be purely professional and cold infront of any person she comes across.

Now Tifa is only known by the title of "Bounty Huntress", a Name associated with the coldest, most uncaring, near-robotic Killer for hire.

I like this kit. It has great tools and does offer a Sniper-y feeling to it. But the W and E seem to be there purely as a defensive measure, and the dashing range is somewhat small.

The Champion is definetly fun in prospect, but as you did describe it with maokai and Camille, high-mobility champions are an inherent counter. Then again, almost all ADCs get countered by high mobility, one more isn't gonna make a big change in that.

I don't know how no one has noticed but Miss Fortune is already called the a "bounty hunter," that kinda destroys your lore their dude, sorry for having to ruin the fun. But still really cool concept, you might want to overhaul that lore tho.

Entrench is way too powerful of an ability. Being immune to all CC facing a certain direction means, she will be sniping and attacking you from turret and completely negates any engages from the enemy. that means alistar, pyke, braum, lulu, ect have no way to disrupt her during laning phase. Also in a clutch she could entrench just before ashe arrow hits and still attack.

Well, I'm just gonna jump right into the matter !

First of all, I deeply appreciate the fact you truly thought about your champion, you did not only threw 4 spells meaning nothing together :) your champion is really well-thought and developped, and I applaud you for that.

Your designs are real nice (even if they are not from you, i don't know ^^'). It really helps understanding the champion you are creating.

I'm not a statistic professional, but I noticed you chose to give her 0.5 attack spped at lvl 1. That is extreeeeemely weak ! I think this is the lowest attack speed at lvl 1 (not 100% sure but I'm almost certain). I guess it is aiming at synergising with passive, but this makes her super weak for last-hitting and else. I personaly believe you could up a bit this stat.

**Passive: ** You gain AD from attack speed you buy, and you don't totally benefit from attack speed, OK. I just don't really understand the missing health regen ^^' It does not really fit to your character, she's supposed (as I understand her, maybe not the thing you did't want to create) to be a sniper, meaning, in my opinion, she should have an insane range (600 is already big, but Caitlyn Caitlyn has more) but no sustain or some survivability. She should be able to poke her ennemies to death and beign far from them (I guess ? ^^').

**Q spell: ** I LOVE this idea. I always wanted to create some kind of "tower champion". But once more, she basically stops moving but not gaining attack range, so people just have to walk away from her autos. Moreover, giving percentage resistances is quite strange: if she build armor and MR (what an adc is not supposed to, or only a few), she'll benefit a lot from this spell, but on the contrary, these resistances will be kinda useless. I really like the idea of gaining vision, but I believe she could use some bonus attack range with this vision. And small question, how do you define the source of CC ? The champion that launched it ? Meaning you can be bumped by Cho'Gath's Chogath Q if he comes from behind, but not if he is in front of you ? Kinda strange, no ? ^^ and other question (for the fun :p): what happens if you are entrenched and also linked to Kalista Kalista with her passive (don't ask why she'd link you xD), and she ults you ? You are grounded but you can dash ?

When she's entrenched, i guess you can farm from far with it, and can be used for poking. I just think that adding damages when ennemy champions are full life is kind of utopic (I'm not it makes sense, since I'm not an english native speaker. I'm gonna explain): you are never 100% HP on laning phase, you always get poked, or take dmg from minions ... I think you'd better remove these bonus dmg, and add damages if ennemies are higher than a certain amount of HP (if ennemy champions are above 80% max HP, they'll suffer more dmg from that spell, for example).

W spell: that spell is sooooooooooo strong :O When you are not entrenched, you have a CC that stuns AND grounds ennemies ! it means that people can't use their mobility spells for 2 seconds, at rank 1 of your spell ^^' Your spell makes me think about Twisted Fate's TwistedFate gold card, but that also grounds people after they get stunned. And moreover, you can easily use it to last-hit, since it deals 250% total AD to minions. I believe you'd better remove tthe stun, and add just a slow + ground for 1.5 seconds (look at Cassio's Cassiopeia W, it slows and grounds, and it is a really powerful spell). When you are entrenched, your spell makes me think of Jhin's R, but that you cannot miss. You can deal up to 275 (+175% bonus AD). That is a BIG number ^^ As Tifa, you are going to have a lot of bonus AD (thanks to passive), so reaching 300 bonus AD could be quite easy (400 AD on adc is reached late game, but your passive will make it come sooner), therefore your spell will deal 800 damamges, targeted and that other champions are forced to block and take the damages instead of the target. The spell idea is pretty good, but give ennemies a way to have some counterplay :D Because ennemies' laning phase will be totally impossible, since you have regen with your passive and perma-poke with Q (that you can miss, OK), and W (that you cannot miss at all ^^).

E spell: I like this spell,I believe it is that spell that would make Tifa playable at high-level. When you are not entrenched, you can free you from a catch and repositioning, but it is not a big dash so you are not far from your ennemies. Fair spell, makes you safer but still killable, I LIKE IT ! When you are entrenched, your spell sounds a bit like Graves' Graves R, but that can't be missed. I'm not a big fan of that spell, since it really looks like your entrenched Q but with some AoE damages. I think you could find some spell that would make Tifa more like a sniper (next auto gaining range maybe ?) or a bounty huntress (killing units within X seconds after using that spell gives you more golds ?).

**R spell: ** I'm mitigated with this spell. Part of me thinks: "movespeed bonus, wait what ? She is supposed not entrench herself and fire few but really powerful shots at ennemy team !". And on the other hand, I'm thinking like: "It makes Tifa soooo safe ! You position yourself with Q, deal big damages, and when ennemies com at you, you use your non-entrenched E then your R to run away, reposition and deal insane damages again !". Therefore, I think your spell is balanced: big movespeed burst, then a free critical strike and an enpowered ability. What about those empowered abilities? well, let's look at these:

  • Q spell: BIG damages, but we shouldn't forget that Q can be missed. Moreover, Vayne's Vayne W deals 14% max HP as TRUE DAMAGES, so your evolve is totally balanced.
  • W spell: AAAAAAAAAAH !! give people counterplay ! xD Basically, after using R, you can use W on adc: either you deal half of the adc's health bar (mnimum !), or his team mates intercept the bullets, but therefore you destroy them ! What can they do against that ? I think you'd better add a big slow on ennemies that are hit, and maybe making bullets dealing more damages to ennemies that were already hit by the last billet (so that a big tank cannot just absorb your 5 bullets and laugh at you :D).
  • E spell: that is very situational. I explain: if you hit the whole ennemy team in team fights, reducing all ennemies attack speed by 30% and their movespeed by 80% makes your team fight A LOT easier. On the other hand, on laning phase, it's kind of useless (since evolved W is way stronger on lane). And I would've loved some "sniper" thing :p

About your counters and quotes, both are pretty well-thought :) I am thinking about some Maokai Maokai - Caitlyn Caitlyn botlane, or Braum Braum - Lucian Lucian , you'd have no fun at all ^^' And Camille could indeed annihilate you with her E and R. And quotes are pretty good for a bounty huntress using technology ;)

I'm done, I hope I've not been rude of anything like that, it was not my point at all ! I just wanted to help you perfect your creation. I hope I was clear enough, if you don't understand me because of my poor englsh level, ask me and I'll rephrase.

Seems a bit overpowered in early game. Unless enemy is super aggressive you poke them to death. I would make her Q not giving attack range, or give attack range/level. With this style she would outrange every ADC with basic attack. Technically you could zone pretty much any enemy.
