With the new game mode where you play as Dark Star Thresh, Riot has made a Dark Star Thresh voice over and damn it sounds so cool. I think it would be so cool if Riot introduced voice overs in the shop so the player could buy one and have the announcer sound like a champing from the game (ie.Alistar Akali Draven). I think this would be a really cool idea because I'm personally not really a fan of the English announcers voice such as when she say PENTA KILL! I think it would be a lot cooler if you're main or a cool champ like Katarina said PENTA KILL! I don't know if it's just me but I think its a really cool idea and an easy way for Riot to make some money xd.

Although I don't play Doter 2, they have a similar system to what you're describing and it seems fun. They have announcer packs featuring playable characters, cross-overs (including Rick and Morty, GLaDOS, and Adam Jensen), and others (a generic pirate captain and some Dota celebs or something). Don't think Riot would be too interested in crossover announcers but the first and third would fit right in I'm sure.

No idea how much work on their end making announcers swappable client-side like that would be, but I'd totally love it.

Im crying for a kat announcer from ages so i doubt we'll get xD
