I understand that Riot has a mobility fetish and they think mobility=fun but I personally find it annoying since it makes the old champs (champs without mobility) frustrating to play because you're just outclassed by a newer champ that can outplay you, you can't outplay them, they deal more damage than you, and they prob have stealth or a fucking shield because why tf not. Please make simple champs again Riot. Simple doesn't mean it's not fun. It's easier to balance, less frustrating to play against (smaller ban rate) and is just enjoyable to have clear strengths and weaknesses.

So please start making champs with no mobility/stealth/insane cc/insane burst, ect

There are quite a lot of new champs or reworks that dont have any mobility and generally work out. What people dont realise is that Akali is supposed to be a mobility champ. But you cant rework someone like Ashe and give them mobility, thats the difference.

Season 6 and on. But focus mostly on Season 7 / 8 if possible.

Reworks: all mages & some ADC's with small reworks. This is around 10ish champs
New champs: You also have to ask yourself on some questions like or Do they really have mobility? Is their small E dash really that much of a mobility spell? Compared to champs released in s6 and onward with mobility: 6 champs released without mobility and 4 with mobility and 3 that are more engages than actual mobility spells.

Rengar and Poppy have mobility, even if they did not have any more added to them in their reworks. Literally the only three new champions you mentioned with strictly no gapclosers are Xayah, Jhin and Aurelion Sol, and even then, all three have movement speed boosts (ASol can also cross over terrain).

Xayah can jump in the air and become untargetable, while moving. That's pretty darn mobile

The jump does not actually change her position. She can move normally while doing the jump, but that effect does not boost her mobility in any way. It's just cosmetic, in practice she's just turning untargetable then firing a bunch of feathers.

Not really counting small reworks such as chogath / xin and so on. I am talking more large scale reworks. ( listing just the ones you mentioned )

Season 6: Poppy / Taliyah / Illiaoi (S5) / Illioa / Ivern / Jhin / Aurelion Sol / Kled / ( A little bit of mobility ... not as much )

Season 7: Xayah / Rakan / Zoe / Ornn / Galio / Camille / Kayn / ( A lot of Mobility ... 4/7 have strong mobility ) - the other 2 have dash's

Season 8: Pyke / Irelia ( Lots of Mobility )

*Including Camille in Season 7 because she was released in December of 2016.

And we aren't even considering warwick rework / katrina rework and many others.

The point is, Riot is making the mass majority of new champs / reworks into these mobility monsters.

But like I said when they rework a champ to have mobility, that champ already had mobility! Irelia for example was already mobile af before, they just made it so that her Q deals a lot less dmg for more mobility, but it isnt gamebreaking unless you manage to hit 5 targets with R or smth and at that point you SHOULD be rewarded.

Mobility was king long before ardent censer and the only reason Ardent censer was considered strong is because adcs did far too much damage and protected themselves while having 3 other champions on their team protect them too. League of tanks never saw it. You mean those toilet paper guys who were only picked because they had cc that adcs used to shred during their 1 second cc and mages insta burst with easy to land skill shots?

Dude, riot simply fix old champion no mobility by giving them a rework and give them mobility. Few seasons later, every champion will each have 3 - 6 dashes.

Fast-forward 5 seasons and any movement becomes a flash, Flash becomes an instant global teleport and Teleport becomes a multi-shadow-clone-jutsu in which each clone turns invisible to everything including turrets, has multiple dashes, is untargetable, and a special passive is that for each clone spawned, damage will be increased by 200%. By the way, this ability's cool-down is reduced by 10% for each clone spawned and the ability itself spawns 10 clones.
