Skills
Passive : Night Cycle
Mania gains less gold from kill and assist. Rift will experience Night every X minutes for Y minutes. While in night mode, mania and her ally gains additional +k gold from kill and assist. The value doubled for mania herself
Pretty straightforward. Increase team snowball potential, but have clear weakness, just play passively while the duration. Mania will punished hard if she can't take advantage of her passive.
First skill (Q) : Locking Blade
CD : Long Range : Medium to short Mana : Mana hungry Projectile : Fast Type : like yasuo ult
Mania throw a blade to nearest dashing/jumping enemy. The enemy will locked/stunned in the middle of dash/jump. Locked duration is [2>lock duration>1]. After unlocked, the enemy will continue his dash/jump animation.
anti- mobile skill while locked, enemy have different color displayed in their PC. Imagine it like someone stabbed in japan animation, usually everything become blueish
Q : what if rengar jump, locked, and mania teleport? A : rengar click mania in point A, jump, locked, mania goes to point B. Rengal unlocked, jump to point A and deals no damage to mania
Q : such a good benefit w/o actual skill required !! A : actually you can avoid every skillshot with a single dash button, you only need good reaction. It's the same as this skills. Different is, this skill can't be spammed like your dash/jump.
Second skill (W) : Torment Throw
CD : Medium Range : 550 Mana : spamable Projectile : Medium Type : Skillshot
Mania throw her knife and deals f(AP) to first enemy hit in physical damage. Torment damage increased by f(enemy missing health) %. Reset CD and return half of mana cost if the knife hit.
Remember cass? yeah this skill is just like her E, but it's skillshot, and only reset if you hit someone. This is why I mention Marksman as her primary class. Even though She is APC, not ADC.
Third Skill (E) : Frenzy
Type : Passive
Mania gains additional stat if there's low health champion (ally/enemy) in [medium range] around mania. here are the stats
Max HP : f(number of low health champ) AP : f(mania missing health) Armor pen : f(mania missing health) MS : f(number of low health champ)
AP and armor pen bonus won't active when no low health champ nearby, even though the value calculation isn't based on number of low health champ.
This will make you a real psycho in teamfight.
Ultimate (R) : Heart tether
CD : ult level CD Range : long Mana : mana hungry Projectile : Slow Type : Skillshot
Mania flings a chain of death towards target location. Deals f(AP) in physical damage. Enemy will tethered for [8>tether duration>4] seconds. Tethered Enemy will also receive f(damage received by mania) in physical damage. Tethered enemy will also slowed if it's night
Wanna dive but don't have tanks !! dw, let mania tank the turret, enemy will die surprisingly fast !!
Mania ganked !! dw, turn 2v1 to 2v1,5 situation
I think this is a good skill for immobile champ, since you can't escape from fight, you have to face it

it there's a thing like f(AP), it's just like f(x)= 6x+39 or such in math. Yes there's number without X variable, that means base damage attached to f(x). I use f(x) instead of actual numbers to avoid balance issues
