Better nerf Sona,

because she had 100% P/B in s4 world, because everyone keep popping threads, demanding for sona nerf because she has 60% WR in SR, just like rammus and WW had because she has 8 sec CD invulnerable, because she has the most overloaded kit, more than lee sin because she has no counterplay

and let's put

we're looking to reduce her raw trading power so that the great Sonas will need to tightly manage their shields and auras rather than spamming W (that's a tactic for the 'good' Sonas)

in the patch note, while giving her no compensation such as buff to her aura. Because community is retard and has no brain, to figure out that we made no difference to the great and shit sona, we just nerf her regardless you are skilled or no, use a tactic or no.

Yeah, but check out my fking expensive 100 mana W heals I had to spam 24/7 in teamfights to my sissy allies who can't even protect themselves.

They don't care, they already have seventeen or so times over in the past 24 weeks. What's one, five or even twenty more nerfs as far as Riot is concerned? If destroying her is their goal, which it is, that's all the more reason they're going to continue.

I'm honestly tired that they think that spamming heals is bad, because after all with those low heal ratios it's needed to spam it. Soraka can heal much more in less what's really bothersome. even if she has to pay health, if Sonas running out of mana to spend on other spells, she becomes useless. Riot should really fix her heal or give the shield a better reason to be used.

I'll be honest, when I read this in the patch notes, I was a little offended. It just seemed a little condescending to me.

Yes. if I've got decent mana regen, you best believe I'm spamming heal during teamfights. They said that W is supposed to be for "clutch heals", but if you hold onto W during team-fights like it's Sorakas ult, you'll probably lose a couple of teammates in the process.

The thing is, for "clutch saves" W needs to be pretty strong, pretty long cd, and high mana cost. But it's not. It's just low healing values, high mana cost, and medium cd.

So the values are only useful over drawn out fights, yet the mana cost and cd are still indicative of a strong clutch ability.

So fine, W was nerfed. But that's okay, because at least she still has her poke right? Except now we see incoming nerfs to her Q and Q's powerchord damage. Just imagine how this is going to effect Sona's laning.

At best, she's going to have average poke, outclassed sustain, 0 hard cc outside of her ult, mana problems, and be one of the squishiest champs in the game.

I feel like people are letting Sona's aram winrate effect their perception of her strength as a support on Summoners rift.

I would not be so miffed about a reduction in her AP if her base damage got upped a bit Sona is meant to be a support, meant to have high base stats due to their nature, but Sona has PATHETIC BASE VALUES and subpar scaling Irritatingly enough, still 0 context onto why they are even touching her right now, she pretty much fits perfectly in the middle of the champion selections, gets picked VERY few times in pro games , no one is complaining about her on SR

The only reason why I see they are nerfing her is because of ARAM, for the exact same reason they nerfed her healing by half last patch

Which bothers me so much because there are zero champions who get balanced for ARAM or other modes EXCEPT Sona.
