[Skin Concept] Harley Jinx
Hey guys! I'm a huge DC fan, and of all the characters Harley Quinn is my most favorite. The champ Jinx reminds me of her so much, I absolutly love it. I was down 1 RP for a purchase I wanted to make, so I sent a support ticket to Riot, with some art of Jinx in hopes of obtaining that 1 RP. It was a Jinx skin based off the design of Harley. But it got me thinking, what if someone good at art actually did it? It seems like it would be a great skin (Obviously not a direct reference because copyright). Anyways, without further ado, here it is. (I am by no means a great artist, I just wanted that 1 RP and tried my best on this skin x3)
